Sherry A. Chris
President & CEO

Sherry Chris was appointed President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in October of 2007. Her appointment followed Realogy's announcement that it had entered into a 50-year agreement with Meredith Corporation to license the Better Homes and Gardens® name to launch a new and dynamic global residential real estate brand.
Sherry has more than 27 years of real estate experience, including, significant senior management positions in the areas of sales and marketing and new technologies, and franchise management. A native Canadian, she began her real estate career in Canada and held increasingly senior positions with Royal LePage for 16 years before taking on executive roles with Real Living (Ohio) and Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty. She joined Realogy in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.
Well known within the real estate industry, Sherry is a frequent speaker at real estate and technology conferences. She serves on Zillow's broker advisory board and has served on a number of industry- and technology- related advisory boards, including Trulia and Google Real Estate. She is a past chairman of The Realty Alliance. Sherry is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario, and earned an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
Most recently she was named 2010 Inman Innovator of the Year, a prestigious and coveted award in the real estate industry, which honors individuals going above and beyond the traditional tools used by the real estate industry to enhance the transaction process and improve the overall experience for consumers and real estate professionals. Tim Henderson

Tim Henderson is Senior Vice President, Membership Development for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, LLC. He is responsible for the growth of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate nationally.
Tim is a veteran with 20+ years in the industry, the majority of those with Realogy brands. He has held various positions, including curriculum developer and trainer, business consultant and business development/franchise sales. He also holds a Doctorate in psychology and an Executive coaching certificate from Wharton Business School among other degrees and certifications. Tim has been a perennial award winner within the Realogy Franchise Sales Group.
Tim does volunteer work with faith based organizations, social services and law enforcement agencies. He and his wife, Karen, are parents to seven children including a set of triplets. View Profile
Wendy Forsythe
Vice President, Network Services

Wendy Forsythe was appointed Vice President of Broker Services and Product Development for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in October of 2007 and leads the teams responsible for providing products, tools and services to the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate network.
Wendy was most recently Vice President of Sales Services for Canadian-based Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., where she developed and managed an extensive suite of productivity tools. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 15 years of industry experience, having received her real estate license during college. Wendy’s talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive. In 1994, she purchased a brokerage franchise in Nova Scotia, Canada, and at that time was the youngest licensed real estate broker in the province’s history.
Wendy graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. She now divides her time between homes in both Toronto, Canada, and Morristown, New Jersey. View Profile
Richard Gregory

Richard Gregory was appointed Vice President of Business Development & Operations in October, 2009 and will oversee the development of new core service business products and solutions to increase broker profitability, and act as the financial liaison within the brand.
Gregory was most recently the Vice President of Affiliate Services Group, part of Weichert Financial Services, the financial arm of Weichert Realtors that comprises mortgage; title insurance and closing services; personal lines insurance and connection services’ operations for Weichert Companies. In this role, he was responsible for the creation of a new business unit designed to serve the unique needs of Weichert’s independently owned and operated franchise companies, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. Responsibilities included all strategic planning and execution, product development, sales and marketing leadership, and financial management.
Prior to joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Gregory has also served as VP, Business & Product Development, Home Connects Lending Services and SVP of Corporate Development for GMAC Home Services. Gregory comes to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate with over 10 years in the Real Estate Industry.
Gregory received his undergraduate degree in Marketing at Rowan University, and received his MBA in Advanced Management/Executive Program from Michigan State University. View Profile
Kim Toomey

Kim Toomey was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in December of 2007. In this role, Kim is responsible for all legal functions within the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate brand, including the provision of legal counsel to the company, drafting and negotiating franchise agreements and vendor contracts.
Prior to joining Realogy, Kim was a franchise litigator and transactional attorney for more than 10 years. In her practice, Kim represented franchisors in both litigation and contract negotiations and prepared clients’ federally-mandated franchise disclosure documents. She has extensive experience in franchise regulatory issues, general franchise litigation and contract matters.
Kim received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A. from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. She served as a Topics and Articles Editor and an Associate Editor of the American Bar Association’s (ABA)’s Franchise Law Journal from 2004 through 2007 and has given presentations at the ABA Forum on Franchising.
Kim resides in Fanwood, New Jersey.
