The 17-year-old firm has signed a long-term agreement with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and will operate under the name Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Mary Holder. The company is a driving force in the first-time home buyer and vacation home markets, serving Monmouth and Ocean County communities in the Jersey Shore area.
