Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC Names Vice President Business Development and Internal Operations
Richard Gregory Joins Executive Team of Growing Real Estate Brand
PARSIPPANY, N.J. (NOT FOR RELEASE) – Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC today announced the appointment of Richard Gregory to its executive team as Vice President, Business Development and Internal Operations. He will report to Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, and oversee the development of new core service business products and solutions to increase broker profitability. He will also serve as a financial liaison within the brand, which has experienced strong growth since its launch in July 2008.
“Rick brings to his new role a strong financial background and more than 18 years of driving profitable growth in competitive and volatile consumer markets,” said Chris. “His knack for developing innovative and strategic broker initiatives makes him a strong addition to our consumer-focused brand as we continue to grow in our second year of operations.”
Previously, Gregory served at Weichert Financial Services as Vice President, Affiliate Solutions Group, during which time he oversaw the creation of new broker revenue streams in the areas of mortgage and title products, as well as personal lines insurance. Prior to that role, he held several executive level positions at GMAC Residential Capital Holdings in the areas of corporate and product development.
Gregory earned his Bachelor of Science and Marketing from Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J., and his MBA from Michigan State University.
