Nicolai Kolding and Wendy Forsythe Selected to Appear on
Expert Panels at Leading Industry Event

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC announced today that two members of its senior leadership team have been selected to speak at RISMedia’s 19th Annual Leadership Conference, taking place Sept. 3-4, 2008, at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York City.
Nicolai Kolding, chief operating officer, and Wendy Forsythe, vice president, broker services and product development, will each participate in a panel discussion at the conference, which is an industry-leading networking and educational event held annually for real estate and relocation leaders across the country.
Kolding will offer his expertise on the panel, “5 Areas Where You Can Cut Costs—and Profit.” Utilizing his extensive experience from his previous role as head of the mergers and acquisitions team at Realogy Corporation, the parent company of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, and at NRT, Realogy’s company-owned brokerage operation, Kolding will discuss how broker owners can better analyze their operations to strategically position their companies for long-term success.
Forsythe will present as part of the panel, “Weeding Out Bad Recruits: 5 Ways to Recruit More Efficiently.” Forsythe brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the discussion, including running her own brokerage franchise. A recognized expert in recruiting and training real estate professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada, Forsythe will address proven best practices to attract and retain talent. The panel will discuss the newest technology tools and what it takes to establish a company culture that consistently draws the best industry talent.
